Terms for Using Tron Energy
- Tron Energy is rented to a particular address for a particular period of time.
- Services once provided — energy and bandwidth rental, address activation and so on — are non-refundable.
- TRXAPI keeps the right to change energy prices and the volumes it makes available.
Responsibilities of the User
Users are to use TRXAPI for lawful purposes only and to respect the rights of other users. Anything you share is yours alone to answer for.
Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials safe and must make sure they are not revealed to any third party.
Reliance on the Tron Blockchain
The services of TRXAPI rest on the functioning and availability of the Tron blockchain.
That network is neither controlled nor operated by us, and its performance is beyond anything we can guarantee.
Interruptions, delays or changes in the Tron network may affect how the services of TRXAPI work, and TRXAPI bears no responsibility for losses or inconvenience arising from them.
